Audiences
For each audience below let us know who you talk to or need to communicate to through your social media channels. For example – your primary audience might be donors, your secondary might be those you serve, your tertiary might be those who don’t know who you are. Be as detailed as possible with age and other demographic information.
Common goals: increase awareness increase engagement, stay relevant, fundraise, communicate with donors, communicate with those we serve, recruit volunteers.
For example – do you have something you are trying to overcome? (like negative press or a negative reputation) Are you rebranding or changing direction/focus?
